Tranquil Textures Inspiration

In the new catalogue there are some gorgeous new suites and stamp sets. I have been playing with the Tranquil Textures suite. Rather than Blog I have decided to Vlog, my showcase and examples. You can find the videos below.

I have been struggling with the Video editor but hopefully it is sorted now. I am currently playing with other sets in my collection.

Magical Day Gorgeousness

One of my favorite sets in the Spring/Summer catalogue is 'Magical Day.' I love the bundle and the matching papers. There are so many gorgeous cards on Pinterest. I CASEd this card from Bronwyn Eastley. I love the colours and also the unicorn, I think that it is gorgeous enough to be a piece of art as well as a card. I originally made this as a leaving card, so I didn't add a sentiment on the outside, I still think that it looks pretty.

I made another leaving card for another colleague using the same set,  I also used the clouds and waves from the Rainbow Builder Dies. I sponged the waves using Soft Sky on Soft Whisper White, I used So Saffron for the sand.

I love 'Magical Day' I used it for an inspiration station at our last team event, it is amazing as it has so many options for cards.

Dare to Dream, Hostess set

So the retired list is live, there are some gorgeous stamps, papers and embellishments on the list. As well as some colours, as Stampin' Up! have announced a Colour revamp, whats a revamp? Its a large change in colours as opposed to a few colours. Some have retired, some have moved colour families, some have returned. Welcome back Mint Macaron, oh how I have missed you!

Whilst I and others get their head around the new colours, I am paying homage to Dare to Dream, this is one of my favourite hostess stamp sets. I love the 'dream.' This set can be bought with the Stampin' rewards you receive with a £150 order.
