A little more inspiration please...

 I love searching for inspiration, sometimes you either have a mental block or get overwhelmed by the number of items you have. I have a big collection, which I find easier if I keep it behind a door.

I love spending time on Pinterest, although, you can loose hours of your life clicking on beautiful things. Normally I change the idea up, but this is so simple their is no changes to make except colours. My card is in Powder Pink, not sure how much I love this colour but it makes a gorgeous Birthday card. It is really simple.

You will need a normal base, the layer is 14.3 x 10 which is die-cut with the die from the Window Shopping die. The layering is slightly larger than the birthday words.

Oh so Exciting

One of my favourite items in the new catalogue is the Oh So Eclectic bundle. You will have seen it even if you don't think you have. Some of the items, are on the front page. The cards on the cover are absolutely lovely. They also  use the Oh So Ecletic bundle and also the Naturally Eclectic DSP

This was the first thing on my list for the new catalogue. This and the piggies. The paper contains 3 of the new In Colours. I am loving Berry Burst. It may be as I am a Strawberry Stamper and I love anything to do with Berries! I have made some gorgeous cards with the Berry Burst which I cant wait to show them all to you!

Soft Sayings Card Kit

Sometimes when you are making cards, you can loose your inspiration. Or like me, you need quick cards. One of my favourite items in the catalogue is the all inclusive kits. They are my go to items in every catalogue.

It just isn't because these kits contain all you need to make 20 cards. The instructions include pictures of each card. They are perfect to copy for other cards, for example my next order will include the Oh So Eceletic bundle. It is one of the die cuts in the kit and I am in love!

I changed the cards up a little as I will be sending one of the cards from kits with all the catalogues I send out. They are gorgeous! I hope you have a copy. Feel free to contact me if you need a copy and live in the UK.

Brand New Catalogue

Sorry for the delay folks, I was at my sisters looking after my niece, so have been away. While I was away, the new annual catalogue was released. It is amazing, with so many gorgeous things. You really need to see it.

Retiring and Clearance

The retiring list went live earlier this month, there are a number of my favourites on the list, but some of the items have already sold out.  Oh how I will miss Gorgeous Grunge. This time of year is bitter sweet, saying goodbye to old favourites. It is ok though, we are getting lots of beautiful new stamps and other items.

The clearance rack has also been updated, the items are from the Autumn/Winter catalogue.

Candy Cane Lane Designer Washi Tape

I love the Washi tape, especially the Candy Cane Lane. As it Real Red and Whisper White, it can be used throughout the year. I like to use it on the side of cards, especially if I use a 8.5cm x 14.8cm layer. I find it quicker than stamping the sides when I have to make a quick card (when someone springs a birthday.) It also looks good on tags to add interest. Of course you could stock up to make Christmas items early!

The Halloween Night Enamel dots can be used all year round also. I think that they are gorgeous flower colours andwould look amazing in the centre of flowers. Old Olive appearsin a number of the colour combinations in the new catalogue, more dots less money, bargain! Put it in your basket!
